Phew! What a week with our poor, old blogger, eh? Hopefully things have settled down now so we can get cracking with the new challenge at Dream Valley. This time we're looking for Something old and something new! Who hasn't got something old and something new hidden in their stash?!?
We're being sponsored by the fabulous Digi's with Attitude who gave us some fab images to work with although this time I'm actually using Gardener Tween which is this month's freebie (my something new!) and available to download here! Those of you who are regular visitors to my blog will also know that I've recently got myself an allotment so this little lady is right up my street!
I printed the sentiment on my pc. The papers are from the first pad of paper I ever bought - Papermania's Retro Floral. Goodness knows how old they are!!! They are definitely my something old :-) I've also had the brads and buttons for aaaages and just had to use an old piece of gardening string I'd found!
Then I decorated the inside so I could show you the rest of the sentiment.....
Hope you like! Please pop over to see the gorgeous inspiration put together by the rest of the DT.
Challenges:
Creative Inspirations - Decorate the inside of your card
PaperPlay - Celebrating Summer Anything Goes!
Moving Along with the Times - 2 "B's" (Buttons and brads)
Stamp Something - Anything Goes
Wags 'n' Whiskers - Circles (image, spotty paper and brads)
Have a fab day :-)
Love 'n' hugs,

A super-cute image Mel, and the garden twine is a great idea - (hubby has an allotment so I know where I can get some of that for free)! A really fun card - ideal for anyone who loves gardening - thank you so much for joining us at MAWTT this week - hope to see you again next time. Sylvia x
Oh Mel, I adore this! Is that you on your allotment? You must have been making cards longer than I have cos I don't remember that paper pack at all. Love the sentiment, the inked edges and the fact that you've decorated the inside too., CoB
