Time to move on...

These cards are for the lovely ladies at the nursery where my son, George, goes. It's his last day on Thursday as he'll be moving on to primary school. It's going to be quite sad because none of his friends will be going to the same primary school. And it's sad for me too - I've made loads of friends and really enjoyed helping out with fund-raising and the odd science lesson here and there. Anyway, time to move on...
The image is Cupcake from Squiggle stamps by Linda Allan, coloured with promarkers with just a little bit of sparkly :-). The loveheart stamp comes from the Papermania Scrumptious set while the sentiment is from Clare Curd's Signature Range. The papers are Papermania Henbury Lane and the other various gems and brads are from my stash.
The inspiration for the colours and loveheart comes from the photo inspiration challenge at Crafty Cardmakers and I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday.
Got to go... Tired girl...
Love 'n' hugs,
Mel xx

Hi hun gorgeous set of cards.
Arran finished private nursery and is now attending the nursery attached to our local primary school. He didn't know anyone at his new nursery either but he has made loads of new friends and still keeps in touch with the old. You will make new ones too and I am sure they will be looking out for new fundraisers too!!

hugs Clare

new abc challenge tomorrow, this will def get you thinking!!

Mel these are beautiful, the middle one in partciular matches all the criteria of the photo inspiration, well done. Very clever use of the actual love heart stamp!

I am sure your ladies at Nursery will love these. I'm sure George will soon make new friends at his next school, and you too.

Thanks for joining us at Crafty Cardmakers this week.

These are lovely, I love this image. Ahh, I am not at the nursery stage with my son yet! He is 3 next year so should be starting in September, I am pretty sure when the time comes for him to leave I will be so sad!
