So there was me, this little part-time crafter, kind of ambling along at my own pace, and then I met you lot! And now all of a sudden I'm spending all my waking moments either crafting, or wanting to craft and all my sleeping moments planning my next creation... And NOW I'm spending all my boyfriend's money on colouring pens...!
Let me fill you in... I've been listening to you girls rave about promarkers for ages now. Okay, okay, so what's the fuss??? They're just colouring pens aren't they??? So I went to a demo to see them in action. Oh, wow! Do you think I could come home empty handed after that??? So I bought 9 there and then, thinking I'd got the basics... then I went home and ordered 5 more off the internet... now I NEEEEED, absolutely MUST HAVE, at least another 10 or else I can't craft ever again!
Oh no, what have I started??? I'll tell you this much, I've never had so much fun colouring in in all my life! At some point soon I'm going to have to stop and add these images to some cards :-) Can't wait. Thankyou all!!! And don't worry, I won't be telling my boyfriend who you all are... :-)

Los of love...
Hiya... Hope everyone out there is having a good day. Off to take my other half down the fracture clinic in a mo to get his poorly hand fixed - no sympathy please! It was all his own fault! And now I've got all the washing up to do for 6 weeks! Nevermind, enough of that... Having taken part in my first challenge recently, I really wanted to do some more so this cute little lady has become an entry into several challenges:
Pollycraft Monday Challenge - Sketch
Totally Gorjuss - pink and green
Creative inspirations - Fairies
The Creative Cottage - Fancy folds
A Spoonful of Sugar - Recipe
I made the flowers using a new flower punch I got for my birthday and I think they look really fab. Will definitely be using them some more. I'm really enjoying all these challenges so look out! More on the way!

Happy Anniversary, Mom and Chris!
A few firsts for me... I've started following a few challenge blogs to give me some inspiration and ideas so this is my first proper entry to a challenge. This one from Creative Inspirations is to use the colour scheme orange, hot pink and purple. Not something I would usually use but I guess that's the idea! This is also my first easel card. I've been dying to do one for ages and I finally had an afternoon free to have a go. The adorable image was sent to me by a lovely lady at the RAK club, but unfortunately my little'un got into my piles of images and mixed them up so I'm not sure exactly who sent it! But thankyou anyway - it's gorgeous. And after various attempts at colouring images in different ways, I'm finally happy with this :-)
It's my Mom and step-dad's anniversary next week and this is for them. Happy anniversary, Mom and Chris!
Love 'n' hugs,
Mel xx
