Dream Valley Challenge 83 - Baby!

Hiya!

It's time for another challenge over at Dream Valley and this one is one of my faves.....

BABY!

There's so much I love about this challenge. I love being able to do a really cute little girlie card.... And I LOVE this LOTV image.... And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! that there's a gorgeous new person in the world :-) Congratulations, Robyn, on the birth of beautiful Frankie. I hope she brings you endless joy!

It was really nice to get my flowers out again too. They don't see much daylight these days with all the boys cards I end up doing :-) That's the way it goes for a crafting mom of three boys!

Dream Valley Challenge 41 - Celebrations

Hiya!

It's time for another challenge at Dream Valley and this time we want you to share your Celebrations with us :-) What a fab challenge! I love this one :-) It could be a birthday, wedding, anniversary... There's loads to choose from but what could be more of a celebration than a new baby???

Paul's work colleague and his partner have recently welcomed their new little bundle into the world and this is the card I made for them....

The image and sentiment are, of course, LOTV and then I personalised it with a little bit I printed myself.

The papers are from the Tatty Teddy range - gorgeous for little ones :-)

My fave colour combo....

Hiya,

Hope you are all well and not too cold! It's freezing here today and we're even having the odd flurry of snow - my 2 year old, Charlie, asked me if it was Christmas - bless him! :-)

Now, first of all I just want to apologise about getting so far behind with my commenting.  All the wedding preparations are in full swing and it leaves me very little time to sit at the computer.... I'll make sure I get a chance to comment on some of everyone's most recent makes though - promise! I have managed to find the odd moment to do some crafting though. This is probably my last just for fun card for a while - I'll have to concentrate on getting the one's done that I need to make or they won't get done in time!

Oh, and what a surprise.... It's this little cutie from LOTV again :-)

I've used my fave colour combo for this card - it lets me use my new ribbon I got for Christmas too :-)

Another baby card.....

Hiya....

Now I told you I loved this stamp so here's another card using LOTV's All Our Dreams image - this time in pink! I'm going through a bit of a pink phase at the moment so my next few cards are going to be baby cards, pink cards, or pink, baby cards! :-) Sorry!

I wanted to use some of my neglected embossing folders which have been hiding away in a drawer. Both the hearts one and the butterflies one are from Crafts Too. The leaf die was a Christmas pressie and I've had the flowers since my NEC craft show visit in 2010.  I think it qualifies for the Out with the Old challenge at Stampin' for the weekend :-)

All our dreams.....

I've been having a little play with some of my Christmas goodies.  I got a few LOTV stamps but this one has got to be my fave. Now I don't have a new baby to be making a card for just yet (although my friend's is due in May - so exciting!) so this one is just for fun....

And this is my first opportunity to use my new daylight lamp - the colours looked really dull without it.
